| Dear Parents/Guardians,As a reminder our school site does not have a kitchen to prepare food. We have to order lunches from an outside agency. So, we really need your co-operation. All students need to have a lunch order form on a monthly basis, regardless if you are free, reduced, paid lunch or just ordering milk. You do not need to fill out the lunch order form if your child never eats hot lunch or receives milk.
If you have been approved for the free and reduced lunch program you still need to fill out the lunch order form and return it with your child to the school. We are excited that this year that Royal Dining Catering will be providing the meals for the 2010-2011 school year. They are based in southern California but have another kitchen in Visalia where our meals will be freshly prepared each day with all-natural ingredients. Royal Dining offers healthy, all-natural meals and they have registered dietitians on staff to ensure that all meals comply with nutrition standards. In addition to offering regular all-natural meals they provide special diet meals: Vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free, and organic.
